- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do not recommend this animal hospital at all. I took my German shepard to them.for cremation services after she had got hit by a car. When I picked her urn up they forgot to give me her mold impression of her paw an also was supposed to return her collar with tags on it. They told me that they had accidently cremated her with the collar on her. The one lady told me that they didn't take her out of the bag that I dropped her off in so basically they don't know what they cremated. I spoke to a manager today an she changed the story to say they transferred my dog to another bag but forgot to remove her collar before the cremated her. Whatever there excuse is I trusted them with my dog that ment more than the world to me an they didnt even respect her enough to return her items to me. I will never deal with this money hungry veterinarian hospital again.March 27, 2017by Dale Cooper
